Laws & Regulations

HIES expects members to comply with all relevant laws, codes and regulations in the running of their businesses. If HIES are notified of any transgressions of the laws, codes and regulations listed below (and any other laws which may be deemed relevant) such transgressions will be reported to The Non-Compliance Panel and may result in the member being expelled from The Scheme.
